The New York Red Bulls announced on Wednesday that they have entered a partnership with Sports Illustrated Tickets in a deal that will rename their home, Red Bull Arena, to Sports Illustrated Stadium.

Sports Illustrated Tickets will also become the club’s official ticketing partner for all events at the venue, which is located in Harrison, NJ, just outside of New York City. The 25,000-seat stadium has been known as Red Bull Arena since its opening in 2010.

“We are thrilled to announce a groundbreaking long-term partnership with Sports Illustrated Tickets and the iconic Sports Illustrated brand,” Marc de Grandpré, Red Bulls president, said. “Our shared values and unwavering commitment to delivering an unparalleled guest experience will further cement Sports Illustrated Stadium as a premier destination for sports and entertainment in the metropolitan area.

“We are truly honored to call Sports Illustrated Stadium the home of Red Bull New York, and together, we eagerly anticipate creating unforgettable memories for all our fans and guests.”

The deal is also the first stadium naming rights partnership for Sports Illustrated, one of the most recognizable sporting magazines in the world having been in circulation since 1954.

“Seeing Sports Illustrated Stadium for the first time is truly an historic and awe-inspiring moment,” Sports Illustrated Tickets CEO David Lane said. “For seven decades, Sports Illustrated has represented the best in sports and culture. Through this global partnership and iconic venue, we aim to showcase our vast portfolio of media, live event ticketing, hospitality, and fan experiences as we continue to partner with leagues, teams, artists, and venues around the world. Sports Illustrated Stadium is much more than just a venue – it’s a celebration of history, innovation and the unforgettable experiences that unite us all.”

Sports Illustrated will provide the venue with simplified, turnkey digital ticketing solutions and immersive opportunities. That includes “Club SI,” a hospitality experience that has provided VIP access, food, beverages, and live entertainment at some of the largest sporting events in the world, including the Super Bowl.

Beginning in 2026, all events at Sports Illustrated Stadium will use the company’s primary blockchain event ticketing platform, “Box Office” which will provide fans with “a secure, interactive and efficient ticketing solution” which will ” elevate fan engagement by transforming event tickets into dynamic digital assets, offering exclusive perks, personalized content and more, creating a truly next-generation event experience.”
