The Chase Bridge level may be one of the highest sections at Madison Square Garden, but it’s where a pair of passionate sisters are getting fans closer to the action than ever before.
Jennifer and Jasmine Gordon, known as the Knicks Sisters, welcome fans to the Garden for the OmniFan experience, a series of unparalleled group activation events that take place during New York Knicks games. Their latest outing ended with fans shooting free throws on the iconic MSG hardwood after New York’s 128-113 victory over the Dallas Mavericks on Tuesday night.
“The OmniFan experience is going to give you that VIP, all-access feel that you’ve always wanted, behind the scenes at MSG,” Jennifer told amNewYork during the game. “Trust me, you’re going to want to make the next one.”
As Jasmine outlined, the Knicks OmniFan experience is all about providing fans with unique activations that they typically wouldn’t find through Ticketmaster. More than just a ticket to the game, OmniFan invites fans to engage through interactive trivia and special VIP access to the World’s Most Famous Arena. But more than anything, OmniFan events allow attendees to connect with a larger, deep-rooted community of Knicks fans.
“Connecting with the Knicks fan community is paramount,” said Jennifer. “It is what drives us, it is our heartbeat… Connecting with our supporters is what we live for – it’s what OmniFan is. If we don’t have fans or supporters, OmniFan doesn’t exist. Our whole goal is to connect, entertain, reward, acknowledge, and bring the fans to the forefront.”
“Everybody becomes a family,” added Cordelia Banks, a long-time brand ambassador for OmniFan. “It’s very welcoming, and we all have the same passion for the Knicks.”

The sisters originally formulated the concept for OmniFan during a difficult period for Knicks basketball. Before the team was resurrected as a title contender in recent years, the squad hadn’t sniffed the playoffs in seven straight seasons (2014-2020).
But even amidst years of heartbreak, Jennifer and Jasmine recognized a persisting appetite amongst the fanbase to attend games, buy merchandise, and cheer on the home team. The sisters felt that the unwavering, average fans deserved to be acknowledged.
“We saw a need for fans who were not season ticket holders to be rewarded for their loyalty,” said Jennifer. “That was the inception of OmniFan.”
On Tuesday night, roughly 40 members of the Knicks faithful gathered at section 317 on MSG’s Chase Bridge, a platform suspended from the arena’s ceiling that offers a breathtaking, unobstructed aerial view of the famed court. Nearly every attendee was personally greeted with a hug from both sisters.

Guests whipped out their mobile devices at halftime for interactive trivia, an activity so popular that even the group’s security guards got in on the fun. A batch of top performers took home prizes ranging from retro jackets to wireless speakers.
Once the final buzzer signified a double-digit Knicks win, the group flocked down to the 100s level on their way down to the court. There, each guest had a chance to shoot a free throw from the same spot as their favorite players.
“It’s a vibe. The vibes are immaculate,” said Richard ‘RJ’ Johnson, a die-hard Knicks fan who has been coming to OmniFan events for over five years. “I’ve gone to Knicks games without OmniFan, and it pales in comparison. When you come with OmniFan, you feel the love, you feel the joy, and the atmosphere is more electric. My suggestion is to follow Jen and Jazz, go on @KnicksOmniFan, and come to a game.”
The Knicks Sisters will host one more OmniFan event at MSG during the regular season. They will present the “Shoot Your Shot” experience on Sunday, April 6, at 7 PM. The package includes a Chase Bridge-level game ticket for the Knicks’ matchup against the Phoenix Suns, interactive halftime trivia, and an opportunity to shoot a free throw on the MSG hardwood after the game.
