The competition to find New York City’s top workplaces is underway, and the deadline to enter has been extended until December!
For the fourth year, Schneps Media and amNewYork are scouring the five boroughs to find the best places to work in New York City — with winners being honored for their outstanding culture, innovative leadership, and company synergy.
The deadline to enter the Top Workplaces competition is Dec. 1 — and any organization with 50 or more employees in the Big Apple is eligible to earn some recognition.
Anyone can nominate their employer, which can be a public corporation, private company, non-profit, a school, or even a government agency.
Once nominated, Energage, a Pennsylvania-based research partner for the project, will begin surveying employees to determine the best-of-the-best from around New York — at no cost to employees or employers.
Last year, the competition surveyed more than 9,000 employees in New York City, and 41 companies were featured as Top Workplaces — including Capital One Financial Corporation, Horizon Media, and Empire BlueCross BlueShield.
Winning a spot atop the Top Workplaces rankings will not only be a great way to attract and retain the best talent but will also earn employers a place in a special edition of amNewYork’s newspaper, along with an online profile at TopWorkplaces.com.
The campaign results will be published in mid 2024.
