Jingle Ball Naughty or Nice list

Pop music superstars can get away with a lot, in the eyes of the public. Abuse a significant other? You’re forgiven. Break a dressing room window at a television studio? The network probably deserved it. Trash a VIP lounge in a nightclub, just because of a silly beef? Hey, YOLO, or something.

And that’s just Chris Brown.

But there’s one judge out there that doesn’t forgive so easily, one who has his eyes on everything you do — when you’re sleeping and when you’re awake. He doesn’t hand out probation or community service, but poetically-perfect lumps of coal.

As Z100 celebrates the season with its annual Jingle Ball concert, amNewYork has obtained an exclusive look at Santa Claus’ annual "Naughty or Nice" list. Here’s what the jolly man in the red suit is thinking heading into the holidays:

Naughty

Miley Cyrus: Where does one start? Cultural appropriation? The blatant begging for publicity at award shows? Teaching little girls everywhere that it’s okay to lick sledgehammers?

Robin Thicke: What started as a simple comparison between Thicke’s "Blurred Lines" and Marvin Gaye’s "Got to Give It Up" has turned into lawsuits and accusations that he’s copied four different Gaye songs.

Austin Mahone: He’s too young to even go to Lil Wayne concerts, much less be signed to Young Money Records. Keep him away from labelmate Paris Hilton.

Pitbull: He’s still working off rhyming Kodak with Kodak on "Give Me Everything" a few years back.

Nice

Paramore: Returned missing two members, but with a harder edge and a nationwide arena tour.

Jason Derulo: He made maybe the biggest comeback of the year, performing live for the first times since fracturing a vertebra in his neck.

Macklemore & Ryan Lewis: "Same Love" became an equality anthem during the best year ever for gay marriage. Also, the hook for "Can’t Hold Us" may be one of the year’s most stubborn earworms.

Selena Gomez – Loses points for cursing during "technical difficulties" at the Los Angeles "Jingle Ball" show on December 6. The good news for her? Santa is a huge "Spring Breakers" fan.

If you go: Z100’s Jingle Ball, featuring Miley Cyrus, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis and others, is at Madison Square Garden on Friday at 8 p.m., 4 Penn Plaza, 212-465-6741, sold out.
