The 28-year-old singer set some ground rules at her weekend concert in Lille, France: “I don’t want to see you texting your boyfriends or your girlfriends … I don’t want to see you catching any Pokémons up in this [expletive]!”
It’s not just RiRi’s “Anti” world tour that’s attracting the creatures — they’ve been turning up (and turning up the noses of concertgoers) at Beyoncé and Adele gigs as well. Also in France (this time in Paris) one Beyoncé fan posted footage to Instagram of a Pokémon Go player engrossed in her phone during Bey’s performance. “Look at where she is! She’s next to the stage!” the flabbergasted fan protested.
Meanwhile an Adele fan in Chicago tweeted their mid-concert catch earlier this month. We’re sure their grandkids will be impressed by the tales to be told.
