Lately, we’ve seen some incredible (and awful) TV revivals announced and enacted: “Gilmore Girls,” “The X-Files,” “Doctor Who,” “Heroes,” “Boy Meets World,” “Full House,” and more.
And in an age of on-demand streaming from platforms like Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime, it’s all too easy to get hooked on an old show only to lament its cancellation when there’s no more to come.
Of course, movie reboots can be great, but there’s just something about the small screen and 18-episode seasons that make for incredible storytelling.
