BIA Interiors was formed as a natural progression between Tilev Design and Baxt Ingui Architects. Heather Tilev has a degree in Interior Environmental Design and a background in architecture. Heather established Tilev Design in 2001 which went on to complete a number of successful projects including many with Baxt Ingui Architects making the integration of our practices easy and efficient The BIA Interiors team specializes in creating interior spaces that are uniquely individual to each client, guiding them through the design process with a focus on well-composed, comfortable, and functional designs ranging from classic townhouse interiors and distinctive apartments, to institutional interiors and retail environments. Heather Tilev and the entire interior design team, helps clients discover and develop their personal style and incorporate it into their projects. The cohesive detailing found in all BIA projects is heavily influenced by the collaborative work environment in the firm. By working with architects, engineers, and construction crews early in the design process Heather and her team are able to integrate refined interior details into projects.
