The annual meeting of the New York State Bar Association honored several leaders of the state court system as the organization swore in its judicial section officers.
The law association presented its Distinguished Jurist Award to two top court officers: New York’s Chief Judge Rowan D. Wilson of the Court of Appeals and Chief Administrative Judge Joseph A. Zayas.
The bar association also presented its Advancement of Judicial Diversity Award to Presiding Justice, Appellate Division, First Department Dianne T. Renwick and Westchester Supreme Court Justice James L. Hyer.
