Black-and-white cookies a family affair at Zaro’s bakery in the Bronx

Zaro’s Family Bakery, a fourth-generation family-owned business, churns out half a million black-and-white cookies a year from its Bruckner Boulevard factory in the Bronx. CEO Michael Zaro showed us around the facilities.
