As the name of the restaurant suggests, Ocean Prime offers a variety of splurge-worthy seafood and steak options, like a classic filet mignon, ribeye, king crab legs, and lobster tails, just to name a few. Steaks can be customized, with inclusions that can be added on like black truffle butter, garlic shrimp scampi, Maytag blue cheese crust, plus surf and turf options like Oscar style or adding on a lobster tail.
The menu also features several seafood options, like sushi, grouper and ahi tuna. Each dish can be paired with shareable sides such as the black truffle mac and cheese, miso-chili roasted broccoli and smoked gouda tater tots.
Ocean Prime’s cocktail menu also leans into creativity with modern twists on common cocktails, such as the Hot & Dirty Martini (Olive Oil Infused Belvedere Vodka, Calabrian Chili Blue Cheese Stuffed Castelvetrano Olives), the Cucumber Gimlet (Bombay Sapphire Gin, Muddled Fresh Cucumber, Fresh Lime Juice), and the Espresso Martini (Ketel One Vodka, Vanille de Madagascar, Espresso, Kahlua, Served Black or with Cream). The bar also dazzles its guests with unique cocktails like the Berries & Bubbles, which is served over dry ice.
“With every menu item and feature created at Ocean Prime, freshness is the major priority and focus of creating something of the highest quality. From there, we can get creative on presentation, exploring unique twists on classics and bringing something to life that can’t be done anywhere else,” said Chef Jesus Perez. “From an execution standpoint, our team is built to really work together and deliver consistency and that requires a lot of collaboration and operational focus prior to the rollout of a menu item. That upfront work from a creative and execution perspective allows us to bring this to life in a way that will wow our guests.”
The staff at Ocean Prime knows the menu backward and forward, and their expertise allows them to make recommendations based on their guests’ tastes and preferences. More importantly, they make their guests feel at home and build a relationship with diners during their visit.

The restaurant is pairing up with Cape Cod Oyster Co. “to introduce their private label East Coast Oysters, Rose & Garnet exclusively to Ocean Prime,” Perez told amNewYork Metro. Shala also noted that there are some new seasonal menu items and new cocktails on the horizon for the restaurant.
