Married couple Sydney and Michael Hursa are expanding their sophisticated sweets delivery service, Synful Eats, to Brooklyn and Queens.
“We are so excited to be expanding our delivery beyond Manhattan to Brooklyn and Queens. Our goal is to provide baked goods that aren’t addictively sweet but balanced and full of flavor, directly to your doorstep!” Owner Michael Hursa said.
Previously the delivery service was only in the bounds of Manhattan and the Hamptons, where the treats are handmade by wife and Executive Pastry Chef Sydney Hursa.
“With Synful Eats, we have an opportunity to showcase Michael and Sydney’s prodigious talents and deliver our signature treats to New Yorkers’ doorsteps,” Entrepreneur and co-founder of Synful Eats Beth Kojima said. “We’re all thrilled with the early response to our delicious desserts — New Yorkers aren’t easy to impress, so it’s especially exciting.”
Synful Eats offers 12 beautifully packaged items and ensures the freshness of all the baked goods with natural ingredients; Michael hand-delivers them in his 2009 Volkswagen Rabbit.
“All of our products are made in South Hampton. I’ll drive them to Manhattan under the cover of night and deliver them all the next day. It’s given me an appreciation for the delivery industry,” Hursa added.
Synful Eats supports Every Mother Counts, an organization that strives to help the safety of mothers in pregnancy and childbirth by giving 1% of its total profits.
