The de Blasios must be making the most of their new residence. Mayor Bill de Blasio and his wife, Chirlane McCray, are taking visitors on a “spooky walk” and trick-or-treating at Gracie Mansion. Visitors are also asked to bring a non-perishable food item for the Halloween Food Drive.
