Detectives in the Bronx are on the hunt for the suspect who recently stabbed a man during an argument at a Target store.
The NYPD released on Sunday night images and video of the perpetrator behind the assault, which occurred at the department store located in the Throggs Neck Shopping Center at 815 Hutchinson River Pkwy. at about 8 p.m. on Oct. 31.
According to law enforcement sources, the perpetrator got into a verbal dispute with the victim, a 36-year-old man, near the store entrance. The motive for the dispute is not yet known.
The beef turned bloody, cops said, when the two men engaged in a physical struggle, during which the assailant pulled out a pocket knife and stabbed the victim in the lower left abdomen.
Following the attack, the suspect fled from the Target store in an unknown direction.
The incident was reported to the 45th Precinct. The victim was brought to Jacobi Hospital via private means for treatment and was listed in stable condition.
The video shows the suspect running out of the Target exit. He’s pictured wearing a black ski mask and all-black clothing.
