The NYPD is looking for a suspect who punched and stabbed a man in the Bronx earlier this month.
According to police, at 12:45 a.m. on March 3, a 24-year-old man was approached by an unknown man outside of the Butler Houses, located at 1428 Webster Avenue. After engaging with the victim, the suspect proceeded to punch the victim in the face.
The suspect then pulled out an unknown cutting instrument and stabbed the victim two times in the back and once in his left arm before fleeing into the Butler Houses. The victim was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital in serious but stable condition.
On March 26, the NYPD released video of the suspect taken from nearby surveillance footage.
