Brooklyn detectives are looking for the suspect who shot two men near an apartment building on Saturday night.
Police said the gunfire erupted at about 10:17 p.m. on Jan. 6 in front of the residence at 1155 East 35th St. in Midwood.
Officers from the 63rd Precinct, in responding to reports of the shooting, found both victims at the location. One man, age 31, suffered gunshot wounds to his left arm and left leg, while the other victim, age 29, sustained a bullet wound to his right leg.
EMS rushed both victims to Kings County Hospital for treatment of their injuries, which were not considered life-threatening.
As of Sunday morning, police sources did not have details regarding a possible motive, or a description of the shooter.
In 2023, according to the most recent CompStat report, the 63rd Precinct registered just seven shootings for the year, down from the 10 recorded in 2022. Assaults were also down 7.6% for the year.
No arrests have been made in the ongoing investigation, police said.
