Detectives booked a Lower East Side man accused of stabbing a man to death in the Flatiron District on Friday morning, police announced.
Nisean Graves, 34, of the Bowery was booked on murder charges for the fatal attack on a 26-year-old man at the corner of West 29th Street and 7th Avenue at about 8:13 a.m. on June 9.
Officers from the Midtown South Precinct, upon arriving at the scene, found the male victim, age unknown, at the scene with multiple stab wounds about his chest. A knife was also located nearby.
EMS rushed the man to Bellevue Hospital in critical condition; he died there a short time later. Police have withheld his identity, pending family notification.

Based on a preliminary investigation, police believe the victim had been involved in a dispute with Graves moments before the deadly attack
Officers apprehended Graves at the scene.
