The police are looking for a man who was allegedly seen masturbating on a southbound R train near the City Hall station Monday.
The suspect was observed performing a lewd act on the train at around 6:25 a.m. on April 3, according to police. He then followed a 46-year-old woman before fleeing in an unknown direction, police said.
Police have released a photo of the suspect.
