The NYPD is investigating the death of a man who was found shot in East Harlem on Thursday night.
According to authorities, at 7:55 p.m. on Dec. 2 police responded to a 911 call regarding a man shot in front of 206 East 119 Street. Upon their arrival, officers found 18-year-old Matthew Rivera with gunshot wounds to his torso.
Paramedics rushed Rivera to NYC Health & Hospitals/Harlem, where he was pronounced dead.
No arrests have been made at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
