The building is taking part in the Affordable Housing Program and is expected to receive a Tax Exemption through the 467-M program of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development. This initiative aims to make housing more accessible to low- and moderate-income families in the city.
The lottery’s application process is straightforward, with no deposits or application fees required. Prospective residents can apply through the online portal at housingconnect.nyc.gov.
