Located at 451 10th Ave, the new units will be affordable to households earning between 40 and 120 percent of the area median income.

The pet-friendly units include new high-end finishes and appliances, including in-unit dishwashers and washers and dryers, and air conditioning. The building offers access to an elevator, a pool, a gym, an accessible entrance, a concierge and an on-site resident manager.
The lottery closes on June 10, 2024. To apply, visit the listing on New York City’s Housing Connect website.
