Beret…check; Brushes…check

Earlier this month, an artist painted en plein air on Grand St. in Soho. He was working next to an open-air (a plein-air) parking lot on Wooster St., and did seem to be taking up a good portion of the pavement. But pedestrians certainly could get by.
