Jimmy Fallon is very excited that his children’s book, “NANA,” which was released on March 29, has landed in the number one spot on the New York Times Bestsellers list.
Fallon told viewers on his late night show the book’s status and shared that after he finished writing the book, it took two years for it to come out. He also tweeted out the good news………
Pamela Anderson looked stunning on April 9 as she headed out for a family outing with her son, Brandon Thomas Lee in Manhattan, reports the Daily Mail.
The former Baywatch actress is starring on Broadway as Roxie Hart in the long-running musical “Chicago” from April 12 through June 5. Anderson told OK! that she is thrilled to be starring as Hart.

A second actor has checked out of “Plaza Suite” on Broadway, and now the play is closed indefinitely.
First, Matthew Broderick tested positive for COVID-19 on April 5. At the time, since his wife and co-star, Sarah Jessica Parker, and understudy, Michael McGrath, both had negative test results, it was announced the show would go on and Broderick would return on April 15.
However, on April 7, Parker tested positive and the show is on hold. According to AP, what happens with future performances “will be announced as soon as possible,” says the producers…..
COVID-19 has also hit television and the political arena. Aside from Mayor Eric Adams announcing he tested positive on April 10, on April 11, Anderson Cooper revealed his diagnosis in a post on his Instagram Stories.
“Just tested positive for Covid. Thankfully the kids are negative,” he wrote. The CNN anchor has two sons, Wyatt Morgan, 23 months, and 8-week-old Sebastian Luke. Cooper added to his post, “Hope to get back to work soon.”………..
The Brooklyn Fashion Incubator (BFI) hosted its 2022 Fundraiser on April 6 at The Blue Building on East 46th Street. The event benefited BFI’s work mentoring emerging U.S. Fashion brands to grow, succeed and manufacture in the U.S.
The BK Style Foundation, is a grass roots, Brooklyn based non profit which promotes women-owned , minority owned fashion brands, in fashion shows and other events. This year, BFI honored fashion designer Regina Kravitz, who started her own eponymous label with a minimal investment in the late 1970s and grew it into a multi-million dollar brand with national distribution.

Actor Eddie Redmayne was quite the man around town recently.
He was spotted having dinner at Baltazar in Tribeca on April 5. Then on April 6, he attended a special screening of The Secrets of Dumbledore. Redmayne portrays Newt Scamander in the movie which will be released in the United States and Canada on April 15.
Not letting any grass grow under his feet, when he left the Big Apple, Redmayne headed across the pond where he won a 2022 Olivier Award at Royal Albert Hall on April 10 in London……

Jimmy Kimmel visited Billy Crystal backstage at his Broadway show “Mr. Saturday Night” at the Nederlander Theater.
Kimmel was in the Big Apple for an April Fools prank where he and Jimmy Fallon surprised their audiences by hosting each other’s shows. Fallon was in Los Angeles, while Kimmel was in Rockefeller Center.
Kimmel posted on social media, “I could not leave NY before seeing #mrsaturdaynight starring the great Billy Crystal, who is someone still in the prime of his career. The show and cast and music is so funny and touching and excellent and they even gave us hats. Go see Mr. Saturday Night!”…….
