The sun came out Sunday morning after the season’s first storm dropped 11 inches of snow on the city, and Tribecans ventured into the transformed cityscape. Noel, 4½, made a snow angel in Washington Market Park, and another family turned a triple stroller into a virtual sleigh to make their way down Greenwich St. The neighborhood’s dogs also had fun burrowing into the snow at the dog run on Warren St.
