Police are on the hunt for three dirt bike riders in Central Park who allegedly assaulted a cop who was trying to escort them out last week.

The on-duty cop, who was in uniform and riding a marked scooter, was struck by one of the suspects while attempting to corral them at around 4:05 p.m. on May 24 in the vicinity of West 90th Street and West Drive.

Authorities say the officer was escorting the trio out of the park when one of them assaulted him, causing him to lose control of his scooter and knocking him to the pavement. Police say the cop suffered injuries to his ankle and elbow.

The police officer, who works out of the Central Park Precinct, was taken to Mount Sinai Morningside Hospital, where he was treated for minor injuries.

The NYPD has released images of the bikers.
