Cops are looking for a thief who swiped a woman’s cellphone while riding the train in Chelsea.
According to police, at 11 a.m. on Nov. 2 a 27-year-old woman was on a southbound 1 train inside the 28th Street subway station when she was approached by an unknown individual. The suspect proceed to snatch the woman’s phone from her hand and threatened to punch her in the face.
The suspect then fled the subway station in an unknown direction.
