Two suspects in Manhattan are wanted for an early morning robbery on Sunday that ended with a bloody stabbing.

Police sources said the crooks confronted a 30-year-old man under a scaffold near the corner of 29th Street and 5th Avenue in NoMad just before 6 a.m. on July 21. Cops say the duo demanded the man’s belongings.

But the victim would not give up his property easily, cops said, leading to a physical struggle with the perpetrators. The fight ended, authorities noted, when one of the perpetrators pulled out an edged instrument and stabbed the man in the right arm.

The assailants managed to get hold of the victim’s cellphone, then took off in an unknown direction, law enforcement sources said.

Meanwhile, the wounded man staggered away, leaving a trail of his own blood on the sidewalk and scaffolding.

The incident was reported to the 13th Precinct. The victim was treated at Bellevue Hospital and is expected to survive.

No arrests have been made and the investigation remains ongoing.
