It looked like any other exclusive Downtown club, with “velvet rope” and two burly bouncers — Sterling Cox, left, and Jay Riley — standing sentinel in front of Element club on E. Houston St. last Saturday. That is, except for the 20 baby strollers double-parked valet style in front of the club. The occasion was an event hosted by Baby Loves Disco that takes place the second Saturday of every month for kids ages 6 months to 7 years old. Inside, 350 moms, dads and kids were dancing to disco music from the ’70s and ’80s spun by pro D.J.’s. “We want our parties to have music that’s really fun to dance to but adult. It’s clean, but we don’t want Teletubbies music,” said Valerie Harris, Baby Loves Disco’s national events coordinator. Above in photo at right, Domique, 5, from the Bronx danced with her mom.
