Oculus mall opens at World Trade Center: See photos

Over 100 stores and restaurants opened Tuesday at the Westfield World Trade Center at the Oculus.

The 350,000 square-foot mall opened nearly 15 years after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks at the World Trade Center in 2001.
