The North Pole is coming back to the Seaport with the return of The Santa Clauses” Winter Wonderland.

Created by Bucket Listers, the fully immersive experience is based on the Disney+ Original series “The Santa Clauses.” Starting Nov. 22, the wonderland will take over The Rooftop at Pier 17, bringing the ultimate Santa Clauses’ headquarters to the city like no one has seen before.

Led by Betty, the head elf, guests arrive at the North Pole by walking through Santa’s candy cane-lined hallway and then into Santa’s living room, which is full of cozy areas for holiday pictures. Guests will also be able to check out the giant Christmas tree, Santa’s sleigh, and Santa’s Workshop, or fill their stockings at Mrs. Claus’ candy bar.

This year, the experience will also feature Manhattan’s only rooftop ice skating rink, plus Santa will be coming to visit on weekends.

To warm up throughout the visit, guests can visit the Gingerbread House, an indoor/outdoor bar that offers seasonal treats, cocktails and mocktails, including hot chocolate, naughty-or-nice eggnog, holiday hot toddy, mulled wine and more, as well as Santa’s brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Guests can also reserve private and semi-private cabins with heating and TVs in advance of their visit.

The Rooftop at Pier 17 is located at 89 South St. The experience will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily from Nov. 22 through Jan. 5, 2024, with Santa appearing on Nov. 25-26 and Dec. 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 22, 23 and 24. This is a primary outdoor activity, so be sure to dress warmly!

Tickets start at $15, and the experience is open to all ages. The waitlist for buying tickets is now available at bucketlisters.com.
