A brand new Spectrum store has opened for business in Hudson Yards.
Located at 450 West 33rd St., the store aims to give New Yorkers an option for adding or managing their Spectrum services at a brick-and-mortar location. This is the fifteenth Spectrum store to open in Manhattan.
“Our Spectrum store’s team is here to help our local customers who need support in getting and staying connected,” said Pattie Eliason, Senior Vice President of Spectrum Stores & Retail. “Our new store in Hudson Yards is a convenient and safe environment to add or manage services, shop for devices and accessories or make payments.”
Like the other NYC locations, the new Spectrum store is offering the latest devices and accessories compatible with Spectrum Mobile, available only to Spectrum Internet customers. Customers are able to bring in their own phone or choose from the models and accessories that are available in-store.
Those who drop by in-store will also have the opportunity to explore Spectrum’s internet options, including the Spectrum TV App, as well as purchase Spectrum services, manage account payments and exchange equipment.
The new Spectrum store is open Monday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday, from noon to 5 p.m. Visit www.spectrum.com/stores for more information on locations, hours and Spectrum products and services.
