Irish eyes were smiling on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan on Saturday during the St. Patrick’s Day parade.

Roughly 2 million spectators lined the street between 44th and 79th streets to watch the 256th annual parade, which featured bagpipers, drummers and dancers.
