It’s no surprise that Super Bowl Sunday is the biggest betting day of the year, in part thanks to the unique and exotic props. But things are even bigger now that Kalshi has launched a handful of prop markets for the Big Game, in addition to its primary Kansas City Chiefs vs. Philadelphia Eagles event market, which has generated more than $3 million in traders.

Super Bowl Props on Kalshi
Kalshi is a peer-to-peer platform, meaning users are trading with each other, flipping the script on the traditional sports betting model, and taking out the ‘house edge’.
Already more than $2 million has been traded between users trying to predict Which companies will run ads during the big game? Another $600,000 has been traded on Super Bowl halftime props. Meanwhile, some users are actually wagering on if it will rain Bon New Orleans on Sunday.

In each market, users can purchase binary YES or NO contracts that are priced between 1¢-99¢. Each contract pays out $1. These prices are often reflective of betting odds, but dynamic and vary depending on user sentiment, much like the stock market.
Here’s how it works:

Or what about Coinbase? Currently, Kalshi gives them a 35% chance to have a commercial, and users can bet on YES at 35¢ and NO at 68¢. We all remember their iconic QR code commercial, will they surprise us again?
Super Bowl Props: Halftime
And then of course there is the highly-anticipated Super Bowl halftime performance from Kendrick Lamar, who recently cleaned house at last week’s Grammys. Have a hunch what his setlist will look like when the Eagles and Chiefs head into the locker room? Put your money where your prediction is.
Some classics from his catalog, such as Money Trees and mAAd city are trading under 50¢, meaning you’ll get paid out plus-money if the songs are played. On the other hand, you can wager against songs (buying ‘NO’ contracts) being played, too. It’ll only be a 13-minute set, so he can’t play everything.
Additionally, make bold calls on which celebs, if any, will steal the show by joining Lamar at halftime.
