Cops are looking for a suspect who slashed a man for seemingly no reason on a Murray Hill train early Thursday morning.
Police say that at 3:15 a.m. on Dec. 8, a 66-year-old man was riding a southbound 6 train at the 33rd Street station when he was approached by an unknown individual. Then, in an unprovoked attack, the suspect slashed the victim in his head and ear.
The suspect then fled the station in an unknown direction. The victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition.
