Cops are looking for a trio who shot a man with a BB gun in Midtown last weekend.
According to police, at 1 a.m. on May 8 a 39-year-old man was in front of 101 West 37th Street when a black SUV pulled up with two unknown men and an unknown woman inside. All three suspects brandished BB guns and opened fire on the victim.
The victim was hit once above his eye and fled into a nearby pizza shop, located at 107 West 37th Street. The suspects got out of the SUV and followed him into the shop, where they picked up brooms and mops and threw them at the victim, but the victim was not hit by these objects.
The suspects then fled in the SUV. The victim was treated at the scene by paramedics but refused further medical attention.
