An 18-year-old man was critically injured after being shot numerous times in Brooklyn on Thursday evening.
At around 5:20 p.m. on March 7, officers from the 73rd Precinct responded to the incident at 1621 East New York Ave. Upon their arrival, cops found the victim lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso and one gunshot wound to his neck.
The victim was taken to Brookdale Hospital, where he is in critical but stable condition.
Officers were quickly able to apprehend three males near the location of the shooting scene. The suspects’ car was also found near the scene of the shooting.
