Brooklyn detectives are looking for the suspects in an early-morning shooting on Sunday that left a man seriously wounded.

Police said the gunfire erupted at about 4:07 a.m. on Nov. 17 on the 900 block of Franklin Avenue near Eastern Parkway in Crown Heights.

Officers from the 71st Precinct, in responding to a 911 call about the shooting, found the victim, a 28-year-old man, shot multiple times in the arm.

The motive for the shooting remains unknown and under investigation, law enforcement sources said. Cops are looking for two suspects, believed to be men with dark complexions, who were seen fleeing in an unknown direction after the shooting.

EMS rushed the wounded victim to Kings County Hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.

So far, police sources have said no arrests have been made during the ongoing investigation.

Anyone with information regarding the shooting can call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS (for Spanish, dial 888-57-PISTA). You can also submit tips online at crimestoppers.nypdonline.org, or on X (formerly Twitter) @NYPDTips. All calls and messages are kept confidential.

The 71st Precinct had tallied 10 shootings year-to-date through Nov. 10, according to the most recent CompStat report — two fewer than the number of shootings tallied at the same point in 2023.
