Tuesday night double shooting leaves one man dead in Brooklyn

Police are investigating a double shooting in Brooklyn that left one man dead on Tuesday night. 

According to the investigation, the gunman opened fire near 2620 Cortelyou Rd. in Flatbush at around 7:30 p.m. — killing 35-year-old Kelton McKenna, and striking a 33-year-old.

Both victims were transported by private means to Kings County Hospital, where doctors pronounced McKenna dead. The 33-year-old victim is listed in stable condition, and is expected to recover from his wounds. 

Police did not identify a suspect in the shooting, and no arrests have yet been made.
