An affordable housing lottery has opened at a newly built building in Inwood, with over 400 units up for grabs.
Located at 375 West 207th St., the building, known as North Cove Apartments, is said to be affordable to those making between 30% and 110% of the median income.
Of the 484 units, 118 are studios ranging in price from $555 to $1,727 a month; 224 are 1-bedrooms ranging from $702 to $2,168; and 142 are 2-bedrooms ranging from $834 to $2,592. Outside of rent, tenants are responsible for electricity.
The newly built units (which are not pet-friendly) include broadband Wi-Fi, luxury vinyl tile, Caesarstone countertops, and white appliances. Tenants will have access to an on-site resident superintendent, indoor and outdoor recreation areas, a gym, a shared laundry room, bike storage, and a gym.
The building is close to Inwood Park and Fort Tryon Park and is also accessible by the 1 and A trains, M100 and Bx12 buses, and Metro North—University Heights station.
The lottery ends on Feb. 11, 2025. To apply, visit the listing on New York City’s Housing Connect website.
