Of the 281 affordable units, 30 are studios ranging from $978 to $2,065; 165 are one-bedrooms ranging from $1,040 to $2,205; 80 are two-bedrooms ranging from $1,231 to $2,629; and 6 are three-bedrooms ranging from $1,406 to $3,021. Rent includes hot water, and tenants are responsible for electricity, including heat and an electric stove.
The building is pet-friendly, with two pets allowed per household (limited to cats and/or dogs, with a 40-pound max limit per pet; breed restrictions apply). The units feature open layouts and floor-to-ceiling windows with complimentary installed solar shades, in-home individually controlled heating and cooling systems, in-home washers and dryers, LED lighting and hardwood floors, and select units have a private patio or terrace.
Building amenities include access to a parking garage, game room, art room, karaoke lounge, music practice room, co-working space, fitness center, lounge, two party rooms, a sunken outdoor courtyard, two interior courtyards and an outdoor terrace, a rooftop terrace, building storage, and an on-site laundry room.
