QUEENS — Prior to Saturday afternoon’s matchup against the Toronto Blue Jays, the New York Mets inducted former players Al Leiter and Howard Johnson along with TV and radio voices Gary Cohen and Howie Rose into the team’s Hall of Fame, located at Citi Field.
