For the first-time ever, the New York Mets are opening up a pop-up experience, Mets House NYC, on Friday at 1 Union Square West, opposite of the southwest corner of Union Square Park..
To celebrate the upcoming 2025 season, Mets House will feature themed activities, exclusive merchandise, ongoing surprise experiences, giveaways, and special gifts with purchases. Exclusive in-store-only deals on regular-season tickets will also be available.
“We often hear from our fans that they are looking for new ways to support the team outside of Citi Field, and opening Mets House is the perfect way to make that happen,” team president of business operations, M. Scott Havens, said. “Mets House is more than just a pop-up shop — it provides our fans with unique experiences that will change throughout the duration of tee activation. It’s also a way for us to reach new fans and get them excited to check out a game at Citi Field.”
Mets legends David Wright and Doc Gooden will be among the alumni who will attend the pop-up’s grand opening on Friday at 11 a.m. ET. Saturday will feature a live DJ, appearances from Mr. and Mrs. Met, and a live recording of the team’s official podcast, “Meet at the Apple.”
Opening weekend will wrap up on Sunday, when the first 300 Kids Club members will receive a free Pop-It.
The experiences will change weekly, from former players and special guests visiting to themed activities and giveaways.
Mets House will be open every day except Monday. For a full schedule and list of upcoming events, visit Mets.com/MetsHouse.
