Repairs and service changes will affect the No. 1 train at night next week.

From April 4 to 8, No. 1 trains will not run between 96th Street and Dyckman Street between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m.

No. 1 trains will instead operate in two sections during weeknight construction. One section will run between the South Ferry station and 96th Street, and the other will make stops from 242nd Street and Dyckman Street, while skipping 207th Street.

Free shuttle buses will run between 96th Street and Dyckman Street along the No. 1 line during weeknight repair times. Alternatively, commuters can ride the A or C lines, which will operate on a normal schedule during those weeks of construction.

The service changes are part of the MTA’s FASTRACK repair program, which schedules repairs and maintenance for evenings and early mornings.

See MTA.info for more FASTRACK repairs scheduled throughout the year.
