Just as much as they take the subway, hundreds of thousands of New Yorkers are walking to their destinations daily. Without even thinking about it, pedestrians will either wait for directions to cross, whether it be from a sign or a crossing guard, or weave their way through traffic to get to the other side.
However, one crossing guard is making crossing the street a little less mundane.
